Notes from the Flower Farm
Welcome to summer! We finally got much needed rain after a prolonged spring drought. The fields are going to explode in flowers now and hopefully we will get to share some of them with you at our farm stand or our summer Flower Club.

WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW? We are cutting soooooo many flowers!
With summer-time comes an explosion of flowers. And with so many flowers to cut we have to work fast and efficiently. This year we introduced a Japanese rice sickle and it has been a game changer. We can cut faster and with less effort that ever before.

Our Flower Club Dahlia Shares start Sept 8 and run through October 13th. You won’t want to miss these beauties! Dahlia shares run for 4 weeks.
